Yes, yes, the time had finally come, the first indoor match in Wageningen was played on Tuesday, November 7. The Débalérin team against Hazenkamp. Our team lined up strongly with 6 ladies and 6 men. The match started with a great lead for our team. However, our opponents did not simply give up and came after us. There was so much running and exercising that even the referee was injured. At one point it was 11-10 for our team, which was a bit of a pain in the ass for the defensive department. But fortunately we scored quickly to extend our lead. In the end we scored our first win with 16-12! So after another chaotic round of high fives we were able to proudly walk off the field.
